Technical Requirements
Can I perform a MOXO test on a MAC operating system?
Regardless of the operating system (MAC or Windows) we highly recommend using the Chrome browser to ensure a successful operation of MOXO d-CPT.
For the audio sound to work properly on your safari browser, please enable MP3 files in the Safari browser preferences. Please refer to “trouble shooting” After 5 minutes in the test, I cannot hear any sounds, why?” for further explanations.
How do I clean the cache memory, and how often should I do so?
Chrome:
Click on the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar or CTRL+Shift+Delete.
- Select “More Tools”.
- Select “Clear browsing data”.
- A dialogue window will appear, providing you with a list of checkboxes for the types of information that you wish to have removed.
- From the time range to clear: select the “The beginning of time” from the drop-down menu.
- In the select options select: “Cookies and other site and plug-in data” and “Cached images and files” and click on “Clear browsing data”
- Then refresh the page and login to the account and try again to perform a test.
Firefox:
From the History menu, select Clear Recent History or CTRL+Shift+Delete
From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the “Everything”.
Next to “Details”, click the down arrow to choose “Cookies” and “Cache” and click on “Clear Now”.
We recommend you clean cache twice a year.
Are there any technical conditions for performing the MOXO?
- Functional keyboard is connected to the computer via a wire connection.
- The computer screen size is at least 14″.
- The screen resolution is at least 1024×768.
- The internet browser’s zoom is set to 100%.
- Download Speed should be higher than 5MBPs; Upload Speed should be higher than 1.5MBPs (www.speedtest.net).
- OS compatibility: Windows 7/8/10, MAC.
- Connectivity – ensure that our https://www.neurotech-solutions.com/ and https://app.moxo-adhdtest.com/ are fully accessible (not blocked by a firewall)
- Media Files – ensure that the Media Files (MP3 and MP4) served from our domain are not blocked by a firewall.
- JavaScript Firewall Filter is disabled – symbols in JavaScript files served from our domain are not replaced or changed by firewall.
- Browser Caching should be enabled.
- Headphones or speakers should be connected.
- Pending Operation system updates should be performed before starting to use the application.
Are there additional requirements for institutes such as hospitals and schools?
Can MOXO be performed on a laptop?
Yes, but we recommend to:
- Disable the touch pad (using the designated button on the touch pad itself or through the control panel). Alternatively, connect the computer to an external keyboard and use it exclusively during the test.
- Use an external mouse.
Administration
When should I send the MOXO test link?
Can I update the date of birth after performing the test?
- Go to test title in the main menu
- Click on the test ID that performed the test.
- In the test view page, click on the ‘Edit’ link near the Biological age field.
- Here you can update the DOB. The updated DOB will be displayed in the report results.
Note:
a. Changing the DOB will recalculate the results as compared to the new norm age group.
b. There is no option to change DOB from child to adult or vice versa.
Where can I edit patient details such as: Name and Gender?
- Go to Patient title in the main menu.
- Click on Patient name.
- Click on the Edit patient title in the side bar menu.
- In patient details page you can edit:a. Patient nameb. Personal IDc. DOBd. Countrye. Languagef. Gender*
* Changing the Gender will recalculate the results as compared to the gender.
How can I reset/recover password?
- Click on the login button in the upper right menu.
- In the login page click on forgot your password link.
- Fill in your username (email address) and the captcha and click on submit.
- Now the user will receive “reset password” email in your email inbox from:
[email protected] (if you do not see it check your spam). - Click on the link in order to reset your password.
- Fill in the new password. After clicking on “Save Password” you will be redirected to your account.
- Please Remember, Your password must have at least 7 characters and include: a minimum of one upper-case letter, a lower-case letter and numbers.
- Now you can login with the new password.
I cannot login to my account after inserting my username and password.
How can I save the results to my local computer? How can I export the results to PDF?
- Click on the results link in the tests page.
- In the upper left corner of the results there is an option to Print/Save as PDF
Click on the save as PDF option. - When you are in the PDF printing page you have option to print or to save.
- Same options are available in the Attentional Age Report and the Comparative Report.
Where can I see how many tests I have left?
- Hover on the “More” in the main menu.
- Click on Subscriptions to view your test account balance.
- Balance is the number of tests left for this package.
- If you are a user that has colleagues under your account: to see how many tests are left in a Colleague’s account, hover on the “More” in the main menu and click on the “Subscriptions” and then click on the “Shared package” link in the right side bar menu.
How can I change the test results language? How can I change the system language?
- Click on ‘More’ in the main menu.
- Click on the ‘Edit profile’.
- In the ‘Language’ field change to the requested language.
- In order to return to the previous language, perform the same actions.
Will the patient automatically receive the test results?

Pre-testing recommendations
What are the recommended environmental settings for doing a MOXO?
- A quiet secluded room with no disturbances throughout the test.
- Silent phones,
- A stable – nonrotating chair,
- A computer with a stable internet connection.
- External wired mouse, keyboard and speakers are preferable.
Are there any preparations before doing the MOXO d-CPT?
- Go to sleep early the night before.
- Eat breakfast before the test.
- Don’t drink coffee or an energy drink prior to the test.
- If you are taking medication – consult with your doctor 24 hours before the test to consider which medication should not be taken.
At Home testing

How does my patient do the MOXO d-CPT HOME?
The test should be done on a stationary computer or laptop ONLY.
It’s preferable to use speakers, if this is not possible then use headphones.
Are there any preparations before doing the MOXO d-CPT HOME?
Make sure your patient understands if and how they should take medication.
Make sure they close/turn off ANY background applications, including WhatsApp, SKYPE, Zoom, Outlook, etc.
Please NOTE! Once starting the test, it cannot be paused.
Is an observation required when doing a MOXO d-CPT HOME?

Titration
How much time should a patient wait between tests if they are taking medication?
Is there a report that compares between tests?
The patient took the medication by mistake before doing the first test. What should I do?
How can I edit medication on the report after performing test?
- Go to Test title in the main menu
- Click on the test ID that performed the test.
- In the test view page, click on ‘Edit’ near the medication field. Now you can update the medication and once you will return to the test results, it will be updated in the report.

Is there an observation form my patient can download for home testing?
I am observing, where should I sit during the test?

Trouble shooting
The test was completed but no confirmation was displayed, what should I do?
Why did the test suddenly stop?

My internet crashed mid-test – what do I do?
Why does the test suddenly pause?
- The patient has pressed other keys than the spacebar. (Pay extra attention not to press the “ALT” buttons and the “Window” button near the spacebar.)
- When using a laptop computer and the mouse pad wasn’t disconnected
- Software messages and updates that might pop up during the test (Skype, anti-virus, Windows updates, etc.).
After 5 minutes in the test, I cannot hear any sounds, why?
- The main reason for this issue could be that the patient is using Safari browser.
- Please see how to set Safari audio in order to fix this issue.
- If a patient stops mid-test it is recommended to take the test again.
- Login to your account.
- Go the Safari title in the browser’s main menu.
- Click on preferences.
- In preferences window click on the “Website” title in the main menu.
- Then go to “Auto Play” and in the current open website, change from: “Stop media with sound” to: “Allow all auto play”
- Now you can close this window and audio will be available during the test.
I wanted to start a test and got a blank page
- The MOXO test does not support Internet Explorer 10/11 and below. The MOXO test works on: Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

Where can I find my patient’s number?

Can I change details of my colleague?
- Only the colleague themselves can change their details. In a case when an Admin wants to change the colleague’s details, please send Neurotech technical support all the necessary details.
- A colleague can change the details (phone number, license no., etc.) in their account by clicking on their name under the More in the main menu > click on the colleague name. In the side bar menu click on “Edit profile” link and edit the fields.

What type of subscriptions do you offer?
We offer three levels of subscriptions Personal, Professional and Ultimate. They can be purchased on a monthly basis or a Annual basis
What is the difference between the different subscription levels?
- Each level has a different number of tests
What is the difference between the annual and monthly?
I bought an annual subscription. Why am I not seeing the annual amount of tests in my balance immediately?
For E.g. if you purchase a Professional Annual subscription, your starting balance will be 15 tests, at the beginning of the next billing cycle you will have 15 new tests in addition to any remaining balance you had from the previous billing cycle.
When can I upgrade my account and what happens to my balance?
When can I downgrade my account and what happens to my balance?
Downgrading can take place at any time, but will take effect only in your next billing cycle. Any remaining balance of tests will roll over to your new subscription level.
I have a subscription but I need a few more tests now what can I do?
How do I end my subscription?
You can stop your subscription at any time. Simply write us an email ([email protected]) and we will inactivate your account. Please note inactive subscriptions can no longer perform tests. you will be able to access test results and the different reports for a time as advertised on your subscription level.
